Lasagna originated in Italy during the Middle Ages, and in our opinion, lasagna isn't meant to be reinvented. Instead, we choose to titillate your taste buds with the satisfaction that comes from indulging in hearty bites of quality ingredients.

At the base of Mora Italiano's lasagna is a rich blend of Duroc pork and Mishima Reserve American Wagyu Beef served in organic California plum tomatoes from Bianco DiNapoli. Layers of De Cecco's pasta sheets are filled with the best quality Italian cheeses available—Grande's Fior-di-latte fresh mozzarella.
